BEFORE WE BEGIN
A few things you may want to know before we begin.
Do I need to organise all my photos first?
No. We can help select the strongest images, remove duplicates and arrange everything according to the timeline and rhythm of your story.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. Every package includes a set number of design revisions. You will receive an online proof and nothing goes to print until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Most albums are ready to ship within 3–4 weeks of receiving the complete photo collection. Page count, revisions and print specifications may affect timing.
Will my photographs be kept or published?
Your photos are used only to design and produce your album. They will never be published without permission, and the final service will include a clear storage and deletion policy.
